The Truth about Sitting Down
Like so many people doing computer-based work these days - adults and kids - we sit all the time. We’re all super-efficient, but it’s so unhealthy! In June 2011, Bondi Vet featured a beautiful story about a minature dwarf horse, Koda. You can watch it above. At this link you can listen to the documentary about their journey from the first moment Moira Kelly received the call about the girls, through to the moment when Trishna scooted down the hallway of the hospital.
